How do I get started with a new project at NBAB?

Can you provide cost estimates before project start?
Yes, we offer detailed quotations based on project scope, timelines, and regulatory requirements. Pricing varies depending on number of samples, development needs, and study design.
How does NBAB manage project timelines and communication?
Each client works with a dedicated project lead who ensures timely updates, milestone tracking, and communication. We adapt to your project needs and reporting format.
Laboratory services & capabilities
What is your typical turnaround time for sample analysis?
Turnaround time depends on project scope, but most routine analyses are delivered within 2–4 weeks. Method development projects may require 4–6 weeks depending on complexity. We always aim to accommodate urgent timelines when possible.
Do you offer stability studies and sample storage?
Yes, we perform short- and long-term stability testing under ICH conditions. We also provide sample storage at controlled temperatures (-80°C, -20°C, 4°C) with full chain-of-custody documentation.
Do you offer method transfer from other labs?
Yes, we can transfer, verify, and optimize existing methods developed elsewhere to ensure performance in our laboratory setting.
Can NBAB help with method troubleshooting or re-validation?
Yes, if an existing method underperforms or fails during transfer, we can assist with troubleshooting, re-optimization, and partial or full re-validation to ensure it meets customer/regulatory requirements.
Can NBAB scale up from feasibility studies to full validation?
Yes, we frequently begin with exploratory/feasibility work, and transition into full method validation and sample analysis for regulatory submission, ensuring continuity throughout the development cycle.

Is NBAB certified?

How do you handle confidentiality and IP?
We take confidentiality seriously. All projects are governed by non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and all data and IP remain the property of the client unless agreed otherwise.
